Vendor Guidelines

These guidelines are in place to help create a smooth, fair, and positive experience for all vendors and customers.

Vendors will be selected to maintain a balanced and curated mix of products.
If accepted, payment is required within 48 hours to secure your spot.
Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

Products should be primarily handmade, designed, or assembled by the vendor.
A small portion of resale items may be permitted, depending on the overall product mix.
We aim to limit similar products to maintain variety across vendors.
The sale of unlicensed or copyrighted items (logos, characters, etc.) is not permitted for shelf vendors, but may be allowed for in-person market vendors. Market vendors may choose to sell these types of items at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any related copyright or trademark issues.

All food must be pre-packaged.
Food must be peanut-free. If items are labeled “may contain,” please let us know in advance.
An ingredient list must be available for all food items.
Food must be prepared in an inspected facility.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they meet all local health and food safety regulations.

Vendors are expected to be set up before opening and remain for the full duration of the event.
Table sharing is permitted with the one-table option only and requires prior approval.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, display, and cleanup.
Vendors are encouraged to engage with customers and promote their products.
Please keep your space clean and organized throughout the event.
Respect for other vendors, customers, and the space is expected at all times.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to vendor placement or setup if needed.
Any concerns during the event can be brought to the organizer.
By participating, vendors agree to follow these guidelines to help create a positive experience for everyone involved.
