General Rules and Guidelines
All vendors must remain set up for the full event hours unless approved in advance.
Payments are non-refundable/non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
ATJ Events is not responsible for loss or damage of items.
Payment must be sent within 3 days of acceptance to secure your spot.
Please only apply if you are ready to commit. After 3 days, spots are not held without payment.
Product Rules
Handmade and small-business products are preferred.
The sale of copyrighted or trademarked items is not permitted unless you own the rights or have proper licensing. This includes logos, brand names, characters, or designs that you do not have a license for.
Inspired-by designs are permitted as long as they are original and do not directly copy or replicate protected content.
All products must comply with copyright and trademark guidelines and may be removed if they do not meet event standards.
Certain resale vendors may be accepted, but all products must be approved.
ATJ Events reserves the right to remove any vendor or product that does not align with the event standards or approved application.
Food Vendor Requirements
All food must be prepackaged
Food must be peanut free (if labeled "may contain", please let me know)
Ingredient list must be available
Food must be made in an inspected facility
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they meet all local health and food safety regulations.
